House Rules
Air condition units
Please switch off units when leaving the villa. Conserving energy should be a conscious effort by ALL. Please close bedroom doors when units are on. Removal of AC remotes will be deducted from damage deposit.
Towels & Linens
Due to massive loss of towels and linens due to stain from makeup and hair dye, we ask all guests to simply request colored towels if needed.
Propane BBQ Pit
Absolutely no charcoals to be used. Steel brush is provided to clean BBQ pits after use.
Pool
No glassware is to be used around the pool area, safety pool ring is not to be used as a floatation device. Pool attendant visits 2-3 times per week and a pool net is provided for random leaves that may blow into the swimming pool. To avoid sun tan stains on lounge chairs, simply spread a towel on the lounge to prevent damage.
Housekeeping
Please leave villa in a reasonable condition on check out day, leaving villa in an unreasonable condition will be subject to an extra cleaning fee.
Security
Please lock all doors and windows on leaving the villa.
Towels & Linens
Please refrain from placing sandy towels into the washing machine. Always remove lint from the dryer as this is a known fire hazard. Absolutely no bleach allowed for villa linens or towels. Please note that our washing machine uses only tide pods and no liquid or powdered detergent.
Batteries for TV and Air Condition Remotes
Removal of batteries from remotes creates a huge problem especially with universal remotes, as they would need to be reset. Kindly refrain from removing batteries.
Smoking
Ashtrays are provided as smoking is not permitted in the villa
24hr Security
Security personnel do random patrol both during the day and night period. We kindly ask that you treat them kindly and abide by their request.
Garbage
Please take out garbage to the designated bins and please refrain from placing broken glass in garbage.
Furniture
Moving around any villa furniture is not allowed especially pool furniture.
Refundable Damage Deposit
All major items removed or broken, will be deducted from damage deposit. Please let management know when there is breakage or damage.
Safety Deposit Box
Please do not lock on departure as the code used by you will need to be reset by the next guest.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For a full refund a thirty (30) day notice is required before your arrival date, cancellations made after this period a 50% are retained but can be used towards a future booking.
- For prime periods, Christmas, Carnival and Easter, a sixty (60) days notice is required for a full refund and after this time period a 50% will be retained.
- Cancellations made within two weeks before arrival, full payment is retained.
- COVID 19 clause: Full refund is offered only if the government adds new restrictions that inhibit travel.
